• The main shaft of the stranding cage is supported by two sets of double-row self-aligning spherical roller bearings, positioned at the front and rear ends, respectively.
• Within the stranding cage, the cradle frames at each station are distributed circumferentially in six equal segments (specifically: 6 cradles; 12 cradles [6+6]; and 18 cradles [6+6+6]).
• It is equipped with a planetary gear back-twist mechanism to achieve 100% mechanical back-twisting.
• The cradle frames are fabricated by welding together steel plates; the plates undergo CNC cutting and bending processes, followed by full-frame annealing and precision boring.
• Reel Loading Method: Features an end-shaft structure with manual end-shaft clamping for the reels; mechanical locking ensures security, while reels are loaded into the cradles manually or via crane.
• Employs a "mechanical tension" control system.
• The main machine's wire-guiding plate is fitted with a "centrifugal block" type wire-break detection and stop mechanism, facilitating automatic shutdown in the event of a wire break or upon the depletion of the wire supply.
• Braking for the main stranding cage is achieved using a flat-disc pneumatic brake system.
• Each section of the stranding cage is additionally equipped with six sets of jute filler pay-off units, designed to fill the interstitial voids within the stranded cable structure.
